My name is Jana Edge and I have dedicated myself to the Real Estate profession because I know Real Estate is my calling. I truly love my job and I find great comfort in the fact that I wake up every morning ready to go to work for you. I am a fourth generation Houstonian and a current resident of Montrose. I truly LOVE this city, but I also know the surrounding areas very well. My specialty is "Inside The Loop", but I have worked in every corner of town.

I understand the importance of my role in every transaction, and with my experience and education in this business I feel I can handle any and every situation that may arise. I can help sellers stage their homes for a quick sell at or above the current market value. I am also very experienced in working with buyers, whether they are buying their dream home for the first, second or third time.

One of the most important steps of the home buying process is the negotiation. That is where, I believe, I earn most of my value to my clients because we will not budge until I have met your goals. I understand that my job is helping you with one of your most important assets in your life- your home, and for that reason alone I take my job very serious.
